About the Position:
The Ronnie Mamoepa Foundation (NPO) is seeking an experienced Resource Mobilisation Manager.

Desired Skills:
•  Fundraising, Charities, Education, Youth Development, program development, implementation, and management.

Desired Qualification Level:

–  Degree/diploma in Development Studies, Law, Sociology, Industrial Psychology, Business Science, Commerce, Public Relations, or a relevant discipline;
–  Experience and interest in non-profit management and administration;
–  Experience working with large budgets and multiple donors;
–  Extensive experience in research and a strong understanding of the development agenda in South Africa and globally;
–   At least 5 years of experience working with challenges/issues related to socio-economic development, including but not limited to Community Development, Education, Social Relief, Food Security Access to Clean Water and sanitation, and other developmental issues;
–   Minimum 5 years of relevant professional working experience in a medium to senior role in corporate affairs, marketing, public relations, or corporate social investment.
–   Strong research and analytical skills;
–    Able to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively;
–    Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to adhere to deadlines; punctuality and regular attendance required;
–   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds
–   A team player with strong leadership skills;
–   Work efficiently with competing demands.
